The Tampa Bay Lightning have entered into a partnership with Satisfi Labs to launch a customer service artificial intelligence chat bot for the Lightning. Here is the release from the team: The bot is designed to help with simple fan questions about attending events at AMALIE Arena, with an emphasis on ticketing, parking, concessions and other in-arena amenities. The new software was used during the final month of the Lightning’s regular season and will be fully integrated in the upcoming 2017-18 season
